Questions about Electrical Connections
We ordered the electrical connection service up to 5 kW, but when submitting the documentation for approval, we received the response: "Incorrect selection of the main circuit breaker"...
According to the "Regulations for Installation and Dismantling Work": "The total power of the stand is limited by the nominal current value of the main circuit breaker." This means that for a stand with a total power up to 5 kW, the three-phase main automatic circuit breaker should be selected with a nominal value of no more than 10A. The same rule applies to other nominal values: up to 10 kW - no more than 16A; up to 15 kW - no more than 25A; up to 20 kW - no more than 32A; up to 30 kW - no more than 50A.
Please note that according to the provisions of the "Regulations for Installation and Dismantling Work," the maximum allowable power per 1 sq. m. of the stand is 0.2 kW.

We ordered the electrical connection service up to 5 kW, what type of socket do we need?...
According to the "Regulations for Installation and Dismantling Work": "Connection is made only to power sockets type 3P+N+PE, 63A. Connection to power sockets type 3P+N+PE 32A, 16A, as well as through plug sockets is not performed!"

I am an exhibitor and would like to order the installation of N sockets on my unfurnished exhibition space. You offer the service "Providing a power source for connecting electrical equipment (advertising stands, ATMs, etc.) with a capacity of up to 2 kW"...
The service "Providing a power source for connecting electrical equipment (advertising stands, ATMs, etc.) with a capacity of up to 2 kW" is provided on a private basis, only for connecting advertising stands, ATMs, vendors, and other devices in passageways, corridors, galleries, and as additional equipment on equipped (standard) exhibition space; this service is not provided on unfurnished exhibition space in exhibition pavilions and outdoor areas.
To have N sockets installed, you need to find a builder that meets the requirements for exhibition space builders. This builder must go through the approval process for the stand's project-technical documentation and then install the N sockets for you.
You or your builder will need to order the "Electrical connection in the pavilion/outdoor area" service in the personal account for the power equal to the total installed capacity of the electrical equipment installed on your stand.

The "Regulations for Installation and Dismantling Work" states that "The supply of voltage to the input device of the group switchboard of the exhibition stand is carried out by the electrical personnel of the Technical Service according to the approved electrical connection schedule." Where can I see this schedule?...
The approximate schedule for electrical connections on unfurnished exhibition space during installation work* is as follows:
  • Three days before the end of installation: All exhibition halls simultaneously from 17:00 to 19:00
  • Two days before the end of installation: All exhibition halls simultaneously from 17:00 to 19:00
  • Last day of installation: All exhibition halls simultaneously from 09:00 to 11:00
  • This schedule may be adjusted depending on the number of builder applications at the time of connection.
Additionally, the start time of the connection can be announced via loudspeaker.
Reminder: Voltage is supplied to the stand only "after the stand is fully ready, the electrical circuits of the stand are checked by a specialized electrical laboratory, in the presence of the person responsible for the electrical installation, and the 'Act of Demarcation of Ownership and Responsibility for the Operation of Electrical Installations' is signed."
ATTENTION! Voltage to "Standard" category exhibition stands, including "Enhanced Standard," is supplied only on the last day of installation in all pavilions simultaneously from 09:00 to 11:00. Earlier voltage supply to "Standard" category stands can be carried out only if there is a technical possibility.

I am interested in the technical characteristics of compressed air...
Compressed air from the mains is atmospheric, primarily purified, with a pressure of 8 atmospheres, with a flow rate sufficient to meet the needs of the exhibition. See the Technical Parameters of the Pavilions section.
If specific additional characteristics of the mains compressed air are required (drying devices, pressure reduction, or additional purification), they can be integrated into the system for an additional fee.
