  • Information about the representatives of the client company responsible for design, installation, and safety during the installation of the hanging structure.
  • For complex hanging structures, the Technical Service requires a static calculation of the hanging structure.

  1. Familiarize yourself with the technical requirements of the pavilions at the exhibition site (Note! It is technically impossible to organize a hanging structure under the balconies of the first pavilion, under the protective net of the first pavilion balcony, and in the outdoor exhibition area!).
  2. Submit to the exhibition's technical service for approval of the hanging structure no later than 20 days before the start of installation work, including a technical assignment for the hanging structure, the project of the hanging structure, and the project for performing high-altitude work, which should include the following information:
  • Drawing of the hanging structure indicating the weight of the unloaded and loaded structure, the calculated number of suspension points, and the calculated suspension height above the floor.
  • List and total weight of equipment to be hung on the structure.
  • Top view of the hanging structure on the grid indicating the location of the hanging structure relative to the pavilion.
  • Floor plan indicating the location of the stand in the pavilion.

3. Provide an act of technical inspection (testing) of the trusses/lifting mechanisms, meeting the requirements.

  • Copy of the license, certified in the prescribed manner, for the right to carry out industrial safety expertise.
  • Copies of the qualification certificates of the experts who conducted the tests, certified in the prescribed manner.
  • Copy of the certificate of accreditation of the laboratory that conducted the measurements, certified in the prescribed manner.
The validity period of the acts of technical inspection of lifting equipment is 1 year.
