Installation of the "Innoprom" Exhibition Begins on July 1 (Information from the Organizer's Technical Regulations):
Installation Schedule 1:
- June 29-30
- 08:00 – 20:00 EARLY ENTRY*** for Stand Installation (unfurnished area) (see cost of services)
- July 1 - July 5
- 08:00 – 20:00 Installation*** of stands (unfurnished area)
- July 6
- 08:00 – 18:00 Installation of stands (unfurnished and open area), delivery*** of equipment by exhibitors (including large equipment for indoor and outdoor exhibitions)
- 12:00 - All goods (exhibits) must be delivered and unpacked
- 17:00 - All stands must be ready and cleaned (including furnished area), and trash disposed of
- July 7
- 08:00 – 20:00 Sanitary processing of the exhibition. Access for exhibition participants by badges. INSTALLATION WORK AT THE STAND IS PROHIBITED 2 !!!ATTENTION!!! Access to the IEC territory will be limited
- July 8 - July 10

- 17:30-20:00 NO DISMANTLING WORK. Entry*** of vehicles for REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS (ONLY passenger cars and Gazelle-type) and clearing the furnished area

- July 13
- 08:00 – 20:00 Dismantling. Entry*** of vehicles for dismantling (including trucks). Pavilions and open areas must be cleared.

All technical services are provided in accordance with the terms of the offer posted on the website innoteh.org/innoprom.
According to the provisions of this offer, "services are provided only under the conditions listed in this offer. Acceptance is full and unconditional. A response agreeing to conclude a contract on terms other than those offered in the offer is not Acceptance."
The offer of the Technical Service of the "Innoprom" exhibition includes:
- The exhibition, installation, and dismantling dates may change for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, but not more than 20 calendar days. Information on such changes will be posted on the exhibition website in advance.
- From 18:00 on July 6, 2024, to 18:00 on July 8, 2024, the import/export of additional equipment to the exhibition center is prohibited.
- The exhibition dates may be shortened or changed within the overall exhibition period from July 8 to July 11, 2024 (but no more than 25%) due to visits by Official Persons* / Official Delegations**, as required by the security services ensuring the safety of such persons. Such changes are force majeure circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible.
- *Official Person – head of state or government, official representative of a state or government, or other representative of a state or government;
- **Official Delegation – 2 or more Official Persons.
- *** Additional payment required. Vehicle pass must be ordered from the official exhibition forwarder.

- Additional agreements for the provision of additional services to the Contract application, containing all the terms of the proposed contracts.
