In the field "Person for whom the vehicle is ordered," enter the name of the Builder company, and in the field "Driver," enter the authorized responsible person from the Builder company. Please note that there should be only one responsible person from the company (e.g., General Director or responsible manager)! You also need to fill in all other fields of this form with the vehicle data entering the loading/unloading zone.

This list is provided to the Technical Directorate of the exhibition in two copies. The pass is obtained by the responsible person from the organization,
who has an order appointing them as the Responsible Person for ensuring occupational health and safety during work at the construction site (construction and installation work area). This person receives an introductory briefing, signs the logbook, and receives the passes according to the attached list.
I am an exhibitor. My organization's employees, who are not registered as exhibitors and will not stay for the exhibition, need to bring in exhibits during installation. Our company has ordered the "Night Installation Extension" service. What do we need to do to stay on site during the designated time?To stay on site for night installation, you need to follow these procedures:
- Submit an application in the Builder's Personal Account for the "Night Installation Extension."
- Visit the exhibition's technical directorate office to sign the Contract/Additional Agreement for the night installation extension and the Act of Completed Works.
- Submit a list of employees involved in night installation to the exhibition's technical directorate no later than 5:00 PM on the day planned for the night installation extension. These employees must be registered in the Personal Account in the approved order and must have received badges.
- Pay for the service as required.
