Questions about Access to the Territory

How will passes be issued to Builders? The requirements state that we need to come with a power of attorney that must have a barcode. Where can we get this power of attorney, and in what form should it be?
You can obtain a badge after full payment for the services of approving the stand's project-technical documentation, either in person by presenting your passport or by power of attorney approved with the organization's seal and signature of the head. Badge issuance will take place at the Builder Approval Department, and after the Service Bureau opens in the registration area - at the Service Bureau.
Attention! Other forms of power of attorney for obtaining badges are not considered grounds for issuing badges!
ATTENTION! Due to security requirements, installation passes are personal. Access to the territory is granted upon presentation of the pass and an identity document.
How will passes be issued to Exhibitors who need to participate in monitoring installation and dismantling work and commissioning works?
  1. Identify a responsible person from your company who will be appointed by an Order as the person responsible for safe work on the stand (including electrical work) and for complying with occupational health and safety rules during the work. This employee must have valid certification for occupational safety management according to Russian legislation, and their signature must be on the Order indicating their acknowledgment. Compliance with all occupational health and safety norms and anti-epidemic measures is mandatory on the site. https://qr.umkrtn.ru/energybez
There are two options for further actions:
  • Get an INSTALLATION PASS. Suitable for employees who will NOT BE PRESENT during the exhibition days. Obtain the badge after full payment for the services of approving the stand's project-technical documentation by the builder of your stand and after the responsible person from the organization completes an introductory briefing at the exhibition's Technical Service, presenting the power of attorney from the "How to get badges" section of the personal account, after pre-registering all employees suitable for this type of accreditation in the personal account for the installation pass (Note - there is a quota for the number of installation passes per company). Badge issuance will be at the Technical Supervision and Approval Department of the "Innoprom" exhibition (Technical Service Desk). Attention! Any other forms of power of attorney for obtaining badges for exhibitors are not grounds for issuing badges! The pass is ONLY valid during the installation and dismantling work periods (the pass is invalid on exhibition days).
  • Get an EXHIBITOR PASS. For presence on the installation and dismantling work site, the responsible person from the organization must complete an introductory briefing at the exhibition's Technical Service. Badges can be obtained at registration desks located in the Main Entrance area of the "Yekaterinburg-Expo" IEC. The working hours of the registration desks should be clarified on the event's website.
How much does a pass for a vehicle and people cost during installation/dismantling?
  1. INSTALLATION PASS for people: Within the quota indicated in the personal account, the pass is free. Exceeding the quota or reissuing a lost pass is charged according to the price list. The pass is ONLY valid during installation and dismantling work periods (the pass is invalid on exhibition days).
  2. INSTALLATION PASS for vehicles to the loading/unloading gate area: Within the normal time limit for a vehicle on the loading/unloading work site, the pass is issued for free. Exceeding the time limit is charged additionally.
