Work Permit for Hot Works

Hot works permit

To arrange welding works Hot Work Permit, it must be completed before the start of work with the fire safety engineer of JSC "UVC". Contractors must follow the standards and requirements established in the Russian Federation and provide the following documentation to approve these works:

Diploma (certificate) for the welder
Fire-technical minimum certificate for the welder
Fire-technical minimum certificate for the responsible person
Order appointing the person responsible for hot and spark-producing works

Additionally:

Prepared workplace (non-combustible base, etc.)
Serviceable checked welding machine
Fire extinguisher
Bucket or container with water for sparks
Fire blanket (if necessary)

To arrange works on ceiling stretching Hot Work Permit , it must be completed before the start of work with the fire safety engineer of JSC "UVC". Fire-technical minimum certificate for the responsible person
Order appointing the person responsible for hot and spark-producing works

Additionally:

Prepared workplace (non-combustible base, cleaning from debris and combustible materials, etc.)
Serviceable checked device (burner)
Fire extinguisher
Bucket or container with water for sparks
Fire blanket (if necessary)

During ceiling stretching works, other works at the booth are prohibited.
!!! ATTENTION !!! The use of gas cylinders in the pavilion is prohibited!
