Installation of the INNOPROM exhibition begins on July 1st.

INNOPROM Exhibition Installation and Dismantling Schedule
Installation Schedule:
  1. June 29 - 30
  • 08:00 – 20:00 Early Access*** for booth installation (unequipped space) (see service costs)
  1. July 1 - 5
  • 08:00 – 20:00 Booth installation*** (unequipped space)
  1. Saturday, July 6
  • 08:00 – 20:00 Booth installation (unequipped and open space), equipment delivery*** by exhibitors (including large-scale equipment for indoor and outdoor exhibitions)
  • 12:00 - All cargo (exhibits) must be delivered and unpacked
  • 18:00 - All booths must be ready and clean (including equipped space), trash disposed of
  1. Sunday, July 7
  • 08:00 – 20:00 Sanitary cleaning of the exhibition. Access is ONLY for exhibition participants with badges. ATTENTION No installation work is allowed on the booth. Access to the IEC territory will be restricted.

  • Monday, July 8 - Wednesday, July 10
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • Thursday, July 11
  • 09:00 – 17:00
Dismantling Schedule:
  1. Thursday, July 11
  • 18:00 – 20:00 No dismantling work is allowed. Entry*** for vehicle removal of exhibits (only cars and Gazelle-type vehicles), clearing of equipped space.
  1. Friday, July 12
  • 08:00 – 20:00 Dismantling. Entry*** for vehicles for dismantling (including trucks).
  1. Saturday, July 13
  • 08:00 – 20:00 Dismantling. Entry*** for vehicles for dismantling (including trucks). Pavilions and open space must be cleared.

  1. Exhibition Dates and Installation/Dismantling Work:
  • The dates for the exhibition and the installation/dismantling work may be changed for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, but no more than by 20 calendar days. Information about any changes will be posted on the exhibition website in advance.
  1. July 6, 2024, 18:00 to July 8, 2024, 18:00:
  • The import/export of additional equipment to the exhibition center will be prohibited.
  1. Exhibition Duration:
  • The exhibition duration may be shortened or changed within the overall exhibition dates of July 8 to 11, 2024 (but no more than by 25%) for reasons beyond the Organizer's control in the event of visits by Official Persons* / Official Delegations**, at the request of services ensuring the safety of such persons. These changes are considered force majeure circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible.
Definitions:
*Official Person – head of state or government, official government or state representative, or other individual representing a state or government.
**Official Delegation – 2 or more Official Persons.
***Ordering a vehicle pass from the official exhibition forwarder is mandatory.

DEADLINES for SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS at INNOPROM:

Section 1.7 - This offer is addressed to Russian and foreign legal entities authorized to conclude the proposed Contracts in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the norms of International Law, unless otherwise specified by the Exhibition Technical Regulations, whose activities (services provided, goods produced and/or sold, etc.) and/or exhibits displayed, advertisements placed, informational materials distributed: comply with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the norms of International Law, including not being prohibited for circulation and not violating the rights and legally protected interests of other persons; comply with the theme of the Exhibition in which the Applicant intends to participate.
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the installation organization admitted to the installation of exhibition booths must have:
  • A Certificate of Conformity to GOST R ISO 9001, applicable to design work, construction, and electrical installation work up to 1000 volts.
  • SRO admission (certificate) (mandatory for builders of two-story booths), applicable to design work, construction, and electrical installation work up to 1000 volts.
  • Personnel accredited according to Russian standards (Rostechnadzor), having permits for electrical safety, working at heights, and fire safety.
  • Responsible personnel accredited according to Russian standards (Rostechnadzor), having the appropriate education and corresponding permits for electrical safety, working at heights, fire safety, and occupational safety.
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the installation organization admitted to the installation of exhibition booths must have and present to the Exhibition Technical Service:
  • A complete set of documents according to the Ministry of Labor Order No. 753n dated 28.10.2020 for independently conducted loading and unloading operations;
  • A complete set of documents according to the Ministry of Labor Order No. 782n dated 16.11.2020 for work conducted at heights over 1.8 meters;
  • A complete set of documents according to the Ministry of Labor Order No. 883n dated 11.12.2020 "Labor Safety during Construction and Reconstruction";
  • A complete set of documents according to the Ministry of Labor Order No. 903n dated 15.12.2020 "Electrical Safety".
